Hey there Heroes!
As promised, this morning we're charging cards for shipping/add-ons to your pledges, and the PDF copies of any books you purchased will be on their way to you soon!
Backerkit tends to stage the emails out in waves so their servers aren't overwhelmed, but you should be receiving instructions and a download link soon. The files will also be available from the Digital Downloads page on your survey, just in case the email never arrives.
The Arcane Secrets duology digital files will be released soon as well, but we're still waiting for the final handoff after layout.
We're hoping to have a timeline for the print copies soon. Enjoy the books!

Hello Heroes!
We wanted to give you a heads up, that we're going to lock addresses this week, in preparation to charge cards on March 1st for shipping.
Once the lock-orders process begins, you'll receive an email asking for final updates or other changes to your order and shipping information, you will then have 48 hours to make any necessary changes.
Currently the 48 hour window is scheduled to begin on Thursday morning.
If you still haven't completed your survey, or would just like to double check and make sure everything is correct, you can follow the link below to request a new survey link, using the same email as on Kickstarter. Occasionally if there are strange or unexpected characters in the address, Backerkit can have trouble with sending out automated email reminders. If anyone encounters that issue, you can message us directly on Kickstarter, or send an email to [email protected], and we'll get things sorted out for you.

January Update: make sure you complete your pledge surveys!

Hey there Heroes!
The most important thing! We're still waiting on quite a few people to answer their surveys and complete their pledges. If you haven't filled out your pledge survey yet (and there are almost 20% of you who haven't) please, please do so soon!
Secondly, we're planning to send the files to the printer as soon as we lock in the price quote, so we'll be closing the pre-order/late-pledge store, lock pledges, and then charge shipping fees once that happens. It is very important that you complete your pledge survey so we know exactly how many books we'll need for fulfillment. Also as a reminder, the new fiction novels will not be heading into widespread distribution, so this is your best chance to make sure you get a print copy if you prefer that medium.
We are currently expecting to lock orders during the month of February, so this is your pre-warning warning. We'll have another update when the deadline is imminent.

Backerkit Pledge Manager is live!

Hey Heroes!
We encountered zero issues during the smoke test over the weekend, and we are ready to send out the rest of the surveys so you can lock in your pledges! Be sure to check your spam folders if you don't have it by the end of the day, but it may take a little while for them all to be delivered.
We will be charging for shipping once we are ready to go to press on the reprints and locking orders in the pledge manager as soon as the printing process is finished. Right now, we are expecting that to be in Spring of 2023.
Don't forget that all your pledge rewards, and any add-ons you selected during the campaign are already in your cart, but feel free to add any extra copies or other books that you may want to pick up.

The Pre-order store for folks who missed the campaign is now open over on Backerkit! Be sure to tell your friends!
We are also going to start the "smoke test" this morning, to make sure everything is running smoothly with the pledge manager. For those of you who have not backed a Kickstarter campaign that uses Backerkit for surveys and fulfillment before; the "smoke test" means that about 5% of backers across all tiers, will receive their survey early to help test the system and identify any potential issues or problems. We will give it a day or two, and if nothing goes awry, we will send out the remaining surveys to all backers. If you happen to be one of these early backers, it would be a tremendous help if you could complete your survey as soon as you can.
